How can I communicate my suggestions or complaints?

To provide feedback on the service or any related issue, you can email us at soporte@aess-luxurycars.com We will respond and address your request promptly. We value the feedback from our customers, as it is essential for the continuous improvement of our services.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your reservation, we recommend doing so as far in advance as possible. If you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, we will refund the full amount. Cancellations between 3 and 6 days before will receive a 75% refund. For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours, a 50% refund will be provided. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.

How do you handle changes in the reservation?

All changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be handled without any issues. In the case of last-minute changes, we will try to find solutions and adapt to your needs in the best possible way.

How can I communicate with you to cancel or change my reservation?

To request a change or cancel your reservation, you can send us an email to info@aess-luxurycars.com. We will attend to your request as soon as possible.
