How far in advance can I book?

Due to the exclusivity of our services, we recommend that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible to guarantee an optimal experience.

For reservations made less than 24 hours in advance, we are committed to verify the availability of our vehicles before processing your request. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience, even in last minute situations.

Can you adapt the service to changing or delayed flight schedules?

In order to adjust our service to your flight schedule, it is essential that you provide us with the flight number, date and name of the airline you are traveling with. In this way, your exclusive chauffeur will follow you in real time and will be available to you for as long as needed.

What protocols do you follow for vehicle cleaning and maintenance?

All our vehicles are meticulously cleaned before each trip, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our passengers. In addition, we use vehicles that are less than 2 years old and we carry out periodic inspections to guarantee their proper operation.

Are the vehicles equipped with Wi-Fi and device chargers?

To provide connectivity to our passengers, we have Internet services on board. In addition, to meet the charging needs of electronic devices, we have cables and inputs of different types, including USB, lightning (compatible with iPhone) and type C.
