Do you offer child safety seats?
To ensure that all family members travel safely and comply with Spanish traffic regulations, safety seats are available for children up to 12 years of age or less than 1.35 meters tall.
How do you accommodate passengers with special needs or disabilities?
At the moment our vehicles do not have specific adaptations for people with special needs or disabilities. However, we adjust the seats according to our passengers’ requests to provide greater comfort.
How can I travel with my pet?
If your pet is a small dog or cat, we will assign a special harness or basket for the trip. In this way, we ensure a safe and comfortable trip for your pet and for all passengers.
We will ask you for the breed or weight of the pet in order to choose and adapt the appropriate transport (case, harness, etc.) accordingly.
At the moment we are unable to transport other types of animals.
How can I apply for private security?
